These terms govern your use of the public website at thegonch.com. They are not the agreement under which a firm uses the TheGonch platform.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the public pages of thegonch.com, including the product, enterprise and trust pages and the walkthrough request form. By using the website you accept them. They do not apply to the signed-in TheGonch platform.
2. Firm deployments are governed by a written agreement
Advisors, managers and administrators who use the platform do so under their firm’s agreement. If you have a question about the terms that apply to your use of the platform, ask your firm’s administrator or contact us.
3. Use of the website
You may browse the website and use its forms for their intended purpose. You may not attempt to gain access to the platform or to any system behind the website without authorisation, interfere with the website’s operation, or use automated means to extract its content at scale.
4. Content and accuracy
We try to keep the website accurate. Product interfaces shown on the website use invented sample firms, advisors and clients; no figure or name on the website is real customer data. Interactive illustrations explain operating concepts; they are not screenshots of every feature available today. Information on the website is provided for evaluation and is not advice.
5. Product status statements
The website describes products as Available, Beta or In development. Beta products are in use by a limited number of firms and may change. Products described as in development are not available and the website does not commit to a release date or a final scope for them.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its design and its content are owned by TheGonch Platforms. The TheGonch name and mark are ours. You may not reproduce the website’s content for commercial purposes without permission.
7. No warranty; limitation
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, TheGonch is not liable for loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Liability relating to a firm’s use of the platform is addressed in the firm’s written agreement, not here.
8. Privacy
How we handle information from the website and from the platform is described in the Privacy Policy. The providers we rely on are listed on the Sub-processors page.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Questions can be raised through the contact page.
